The Ocrim Group, with its Mirella wheat flour, was present at the 34th edition of the Fispal Food Service complex in São Paulo. A fair with several attractions that contributed to the success of the event. The fair consolidates itself year after year as the most important in the out-of-home food sector in Latin America.
Once again, Mirella flour has partnered with Ronaldo Aires, the famous “Mr. Pizza”, in a pizzeria structure with all the technical handling, kitchen and technology items in order to offer high standard training to customers and consumers.
This year, alluding to the World Cup in Russia, the Brazilian Pizzeria Cup brought in a competition to reveal new talents in the sector, and also propagated the typical flavors of each region of Brazil. The final stage of this competition took place at Fispal 2018, where Mirella flour was one of the sponsors of the contest.
