From August 24th to 27th, manufacturers and distributors of products and services for bakeries, confectioneries, chocolate shops and ice cream parlors will meet at the 14th International Bread Industry Fair, Mexipan, to show their latest releases.
Butter, margarine, flour, yeast, chocolate, icing, dried fruit, milk or cream share the stage with ovens, kneading machines and other equipment and machinery for industry professionals. The fair takes place at the WTC Word Trade Center in Mexico City.
