The Ocrim Group was featured at FIPAN 2016, where it presented a pizzeria structure in the truck at its stand, at the biggest business fair in Latin America in the sector of the bakery, confectionery industry and establishments that operate in the food service. The event took place at ExpoCenter Norte, in São Paulo, from the 26th to the 29th of July, where the “Food Truck do Saber”, brought all the technical handling, kitchen and technology items to offer high standard training to customers and consumers. A delegation from the Northern Brazil region went especially to the event, in addition to the VIP presence of “Mr. Pizza – Chef Ronaldo Ayres” as one of the highlights.
