Taking its main novelties and innovations to the food service market and to bakery and bread-making professionals, the Ocrim Group was present in 2014 at the Largest Bakery Fair in Latin America, FIPAN, which this year brought together more than 300 exhibitors.
Occupying the largest and most technological stand at the event, together with the launch of the new Mirella Pizza 5kg paper packaging, the entire line of wheat flour, cookies and pasta products was on display to customers and visitors to the Fair. At the Stand, Mirella also brought the renowned Pizza Chef Ronaldo Ayres, nationally known as Mr. Pizza, who presented and prepared recipes with Mirella products, such as his new creation, the flambéed banana pizza.
At the Stand, the Ocrim Group also set up a screen, similar to those used in large musical shows, for the simultaneous transmission of its recipes and products with Mirella flour, to the participants of the event.
