Once again, the Ocrim Group had great prominence in the main business fair of the bakery, confectionery industry and establishments that operate in the food service, – FIPAN. Winning the award for best promotional action stand, with its main attraction, the Food Truck of Knowledge, where visitors had the opportunity to meet and taste pizzas with Mirella Pizza Flour, which has select wheat grains, providing a product with greater quality and flavor, in addition to the presentation of its new packaging.
Present at the event were CEO Amedeo Di San Marzano and Commercial Director Fernando Perez, who are already planning investments in technology and new product development for 2016.
