Belém do Pará held for the first time the Meeting of the Creative Cities of World Gastronomy. The event took place from the 7th to the 11th of November, where it received chefs from various locations in Brazil and the world. The guests were able to get to know the city, the region of the islands and experience the gastronomy of Pará. Mirella wheat flour was one of the sponsors of the event that linked the brand to an event where several chefs could enjoy visibility of the brand. Two years ago, the Ocrim Group created a bakery team in Belém that teaches courses in several cities, where the recipes mix flavors among fruits and regional ingredients, taking the Pará flavor to all of Brazil. The Group’s president, Amedeo di San Marzano, was in Belém to participate in the event together with commercial manager Ruy Brandão.
