Different types of breads

Traditional: contains only refined flour, low in fiber and nutrients.

Whole wheat: in general, it has a higher percentage of whole wheat flour than white flour. However, there are already some brands that have 100% whole wheat flour.

Light: it is restricted to a 25% reduction in calories compared to the normal version, and can be found in traditional or whole form.

Whole grain: it has grains in its composition, bringing more fiber and nutrients. However, you should be careful with calories, as they are usually more caloric.

Oatmeal: this nutrient is just added in the manufacturing process, that is, it is not made solely with oats.
